The sale of products offered directly by DOLOMIS S.R.L., Via Prati 16, Rovereto (TN), Tax Code - VAT No.: 02400000226, email: info@dolomis.it, pec (certified email): finrise@pec.finrise.it is governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale, formulated in accordance with the regulations on distance contracts and contracts concluded away from business premises, in particular the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code") as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21 of 21 February 2014 containing the provisions implementing Directive 2011/83/EU, and Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 ("ECommerce" Decree)
1) Parties to the Contract
The parties to the contract are as follows:
DOLOMIS S.R.L. also known as the Seller, which manages the website www.dolomis.it, the Client, i.e. the natural or legal person who has placed an order via the website www.dolomis.it (order that has been accepted by DOLOMIS S.R.L.)
2) Application and Amendment of the General Terms of Sale
The Customer is obliged to read the general conditions made available to him/her at www.dolomis.it to allow their storage and reproduction, pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03. By placing the order in the manner set out below, the Customer declares to have read all of this information and the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Terms of Sale and what is indicated in the order procedure. DOLOMIS S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these General Terms of Sale by giving notice on this page of the website. The General Terms of Sale applicable are those in force at the time the order is placed electronically. Any changes will be effective from the date of publication on the website.
3) Usability of the website
Access to the website is reserved exclusively for users over the age of 18. Registration with "username" and "password" is not envisaged. The seller reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse in the interest and for the protection of all consumers. The customer will only be asked for the data required for delivery and invoicing of the order. Furthermore, by accepting these Terms of Sale, the Seller is released from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors in the data provided at the time of placing the order online, the customer being solely responsible for their correct entry.

Images of products may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics but differ in colour, size, products and accessories represented. Accordingly, the Seller shall not be liable for any inadequacy of graphic representations of products shown on the website since such representations are for illustrative purposes only. The price of the items offered is indicated in Euro and includes VAT. DOLOMIS S.R.L. reserves the right to change the price of products at any time without prior notice due to market changes and/or typographical errors. The displayed price is non-binding. If by mistake the wrong price is published, the customer will be informed immediately before dispatch and a new order confirmation with the correct price will be sent. The order can then either be confirmed or cancelled, and if it is cancelled and payment has already been made, it will be refunded in full. In any case, advance payment for a supply does not justify a confirmation of acceptance of the incorrect order, which may be refused by DOLOMIS S.R.L. If it proves impossible to contact the user, the order will be automatically cancelled and the advance payment will be refunded. The prices displayed on the website are only valid for purchases made online and may vary from those in the shop and on other sales platforms where we are present as sellers. The prices do not include transport and delivery costs, which are however indicated separately before the order is sent and specified in the order confirmation sent by email to the customer.
5) Order placement, confirmation of order receipt, order acceptance and dispatch
The customer may only purchase the products indicated on the www.dolomis.it website, as described in the order. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by DOLOMIS S.R.L. using an email reply, sent to the email address communicated by the Customer when placing the order. This confirmation message shall contain the date and time of execution of the order, to be used for any further communication with DOLOMIS S.R.L.. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, DOLOMIS S.R.L. shall notify the Customer accordingly. All product information on www.dolomis.it, such as technical specifications, images, formats, etc., are not binding on the Seller and are subject to change at any time unless expressly stated to be binding. By sending the order electronically, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read and fully accept the General Terms of Sale.
6) Methods of Payment
The customer may make payment for the ordered products and related delivery costs in the following ways:
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by ApplePay
- Payment by Stripe (credit cards)
- Payment by bank transfer in advance
If, for whatever reason, the debiting of the amounts due by the Customer proves to be impossible and/or the payment fails, the sale process is automatically cancelled.
7) Acceptance of the product by the customer
Under Article 1510 of the Italian Civil Code concerning remote purchases, the Seller shall have no liability for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier, nor shall it be liable in any way for damage caused by the carrier.
We therefore recommend that you follow the following procedure when collecting your parcel: - Carefully check the condition of the parcel and in the event of any damage or suspected damage immediately report it to the carrier, marking the delivery receipt with the words "GOODS SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR... (indicate the reason). Placing a reservation mark allows you to check the goods later, as the courier does not allow you to open the parcel until you have signed for it. If you accept without placing any RESERVATION, you sign a document stating that the parcel arrived in perfect condition, at which point no refund will be possible.
- If it is not possible to accept the parcel with reservation or if the damage is visible without opening the parcel, reject the damaged goods.
Even in the case of damage that is not recognisable at the time of delivery, the recipient must report the damage to the carrier and to DOLOMIS S.R.L. within 8 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the right to claim damages from the carrier is forfeited.
8) Invoicing
An invoice will be issued for each order placed online, regardless of whether the customer is a private individual, a professional or a VAT-registered company. If the customer is a private individual, the invoice will be issued indicating the tax code that must be entered when ordering.
9) Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within a maximum of 14 working days starting for services from the date of conclusion of the contract, for goods from the date of delivery of the goods
10) Communications and Complaints
Direct written communications to the Seller and any complaints shall only be considered valid if they are sent to the following address: DOLOMIS S.R.L., Via Prati 16, Rovereto (TN), or by pec (certified email) to the following address: dolomis@pec-societa.it. In the communication, the Customer shall indicate his residence or domicile, telephone number, order number and email address to which he/she wishes the Seller's replies to be sent.
11) Place of jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute, the place of jurisdiction is that of the consumer.
