The fruits of the southwest-facing vineyards at an altitude of 350 metres enjoy the cool evening breeze and release their unmistakable notes. The rich, mineral terroir, characterised by the presence of dolomite rock and irrigated by a mountain spring, gives Dolomis elegance and flavour.
