Customers of DOLOMIS S.R.L. acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for in the Consumer Code. It should be noted that this right is reserved only for natural persons, i.e. private consumers acting for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons acting, concerning the purchase contract, in a professional capacity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer who has made a purchase must notify the email address info@dolomis.it of their wish to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods sent by DOLOMIS S.R.L. (Art. 9 Terms of Sale).
Once the communication has been received, the DOLOMIS S.R.L. customer service department will quickly contact the customer to inform him/her how the goods can be returned. Upon receipt of the instructions, the customer shall promptly dispatch the goods, taking care to pack them carefully, where possible placing them in an outer box and avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tape, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact in its original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories, including any gifts received. Shipping costs and liability for the goods during shipment, as required by law, are borne by the customer: we therefore recommend insuring the products during shipment with the chosen carrier. In the event of transport damage occurring during the return, DOLOMIS S.R.L. shall notify the Customer of the same within five working days of receipt of the goods, enabling the Customer to lodge a complaint with the carrier used for transport. Damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be cancelled at the same time.
After receipt of the goods in the warehouse, DOLOMIS S.R.L. will check their integrity. If any damage is found that does not affect the use of the product in any way, or if the original packaging is damaged (not due to transport) or is missing, DOLOMIS S.R.L. shall retain a percentage of up to a maximum of 10% of the value of the goods, attributable to repair costs. Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damages, DOLOMIS S.R.L. shall reimburse within 30 days the full amount of the purchased goods, excluding transport costs, by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the customer. The right of withdrawal lapses completely if the products are returned.
